The California Highway Patrol has confirmed the identity of the AT&T truck driver killed in a rollover accident Friday June, 20, 2009 on Highway 25 as Derek Silva of Hollister, according to a press release from the CHP.

Silva, 39, was driving a 2004 Ford utility truck at an unknown speed shortly before 7 p.m. north of Murphy Road when the vehicle left the eastern roadway edge for unknown reasons, according to the CHP.
