A 58 year old Tulare woman who provides in home care to her cousin who is disabled with multiple sclerosis was herself recently disabled. The woman care giver would often take walks in her neighborhood to maintain her weight and health so she could help others. While on a recent walk she was crossing the street at approximately 7:00 a.m. when she was struck by a speeding SUV. Passers saw what happened and ran to her aide.
