A 42 year old self employed contractor was riding his 2012 Harley-Davidson
"Fat Boy" in a rural area of Madera county in early July of
2014. Riding on Highway 41 he was planning on turning onto Highway 145
for the return ride home. He moved into the right turn lane when suddenly
an inattentive driver moved his vehicle into the same space intending
to also turn right. Unbelievably he said he did not see the motorcycle
and struck in on the side knocking the motorcycle and the 42 year old
rider to the pavement. Fortunately, the rider was not seriously injured.
He contacted The Dunnion Law Firm and the attorney assigned to the case
realized that to get a fair settlement clear evidence would be necessary.
The Dunnion Law Firm arranged for a medical examination to be conducted
by an orthopedic surgeon who could describe the reason for his pain. The
doctor found that he had a stretched ligament and that while the ligament
is intact it is nonetheless painful and will be so for several months.
This information was presented to the adverse driver’s insurance
company and they agreed to pay their full policy limits of $50,000.00.
The man was pleased he hired The Dunnion Law Firm noting that it was nice
not to have to worry about his medical bills and collecting money from
the insurance company on his own, The Dunnion Law Firm will take the worry
out of handling time consuming insurance claims and where necessary hire
experts to prove your claim’s value.
