A Visalia man was riding in a car driving by a distant relative when the relative caused a severe accident. The relative turned out to be driving on a suspended license and without insurance. The police told the Visalia man that his relative was at fault, had no insurance, and he was “out of luck.” The insurance carrier for the second vehicle involved in the accident denied the injured man’s claim.
He called The Dunnion Law Firm just to make sure. While the man’s relative was the primary cause of the accident, the driver of the second vehicle involved in the accident may have acted in an unreasonable manner too, so The Dunnion Law Firm aggressively pursued a claim against that man and in only four months obtained a $50,000.00 policy limit settlement for the injured man.
