After finishing an early morning round at Seascape Golf Course, a retired teacher was returning to his Los Gatos home when a teenager turned left in front of him as she pulled into her high school parking lot. The two cars collided, but initially the man thought he was uninjured and refused an ambulance.
The 74 year old man found his right hand aching badly following the wreck and he ended up needing surgery and physical therapy. The insurance company for the girl who hit him was not offering to settle with him, and implied his hand problems were simply the product of age. The man realized he needed an experienced hardworking advocate, so he called the Dunnion Law Firm. Their lawyers ended up obtaining him a six figure settlement that put a substantial amount of money in his pocket, and thankfully his hand has healed and he is back out on the golf course enjoying his retirement.
