Jury Awards Damages to Helicopter Crash Victims

An Iowa jury has awarded more than $11 million to the families of two men killed in a 2006 helicopter crash, the Des Moines Register reports. In the verdict, jurors assigned the majority of liability for the crash to the pilot of the helicopter. Remaining liability was assigned to a film company that hired the helicopter.
