A 54 year old Tulare home maker was injured when she was struck from behind at an uncontrolled intersection. She was waiting to make a safe left turn. The other motorist said she should not have stopped as there was no stop sign. She was hit at 35 MPH and her head hit the head rest; she was otherwise uninjured. She hired the Dunnion Law firm who aggressively handled the claim with the adverse insurance carrier who agreed to tender their policy limits of $50,000.00 notwithstanding the fact that the Dunnion Law firm’s client had only emergency room treatment.
