A 51 year old home maker was injured in a motor vehicle accident on April 21, 2009. The accident was a simple intersection accident where in the adverse driver was West Bound on Peridot and failed to yield at Lodstone and struck the innocent home maker. The police report did not disclose injury and when she made her claim the insurance company told her she had no personal injury. She repeatedly told the carrier that her wrist hurt; they did not care. She then contacted The Dunnion Law Firm and was relieved to find that she was believed and trusted. The Dunnion Law Firm then hired a qualified doctor medical expert who was able to prove the existence of a hair line fracture in her wrist. This caused the carrier pay over $100,000.00 to settle rather than face trial
