Man Injured While Riding Tank

A Lemoore, California civilian supply technician had befriended a sailor returning from over seas who had a Chinese Tank motorcycle . The sailor needed some extra cash and sold the Tank to the civilian employee. The Lemoore man was riding the Tank on Grangeville when a man in a pickup pulled out in front of him. He tried to avoid the collision but hit the rear of the pick up. Both the Tank and rider hit the road. He thought he would be able to resolve this with the pick up owner’s insurance. Instead he ran into another obstacle; the insurance company blamed the motorcycle rider. Frustrated he called The Dunnion Law firm and within 90 days the insurance carrier agreed to pay for the Tank and paid the civilian employee all of his lost wages, medical bills and in addition, paid money damages for his pain and suffering.
