Fireman Killed in Motorcycle Accident

Client’s husband, a fireman, was riding his motorcycle on his way home from the station when a pick up truck operated by an inexperienced driver turned left directly in front of him. Unfortunately, the motorcycle operator died from the injuries he sustained in the accident. To make this young recently married woman’s life worse, the insurance company blamed her husband for not having his motorcycle’s light on.
