San Jose Woman Receives $95,000.00in Pick Up Truck vs. Pedestrian Accident

On the evening in question, our client walked from her home to a fast food restaurant to meet friends for dinner. After dinner, she was walking home when the accident occurred. The area where she was walking was very dark, with the only street light on the corner ½ block away that does not illuminate the walkway. As our client walked past the rear of pick-up truck parked in a driveway, the driver put his truck in reverse and backed over her!
