A teen age driver who failed to see a pick up truck enter the roadway in front of him sustained a concussion and cut to the top of his head. The police report blamed him in part for not observing the truck as it entered the roadway. Because he was young, just 19, and did not know what to do, he called The Dunnion Law Firm. The Dunnion Law firm attorney hired an expert in head injuries who proved that the young man suffered PTSD from both his injury and knowledge that a man was killed in the accident. The defendant insurance carrier claimed that the young man was not wearing his seat belt as indicated on the police report. Notwithstanding this adverse evidence, The Dunnion Law Firm attorney collected from three insurance companies: The adverse driver’s carrier, the owner of the adverse vehicle and his parents underinsured motorist coverage. The Dunnion Law Firm’s young client said he is going to use the money to go to college. He said as a farm boy this was a dream that would not have happened with out The Dunnion Law Firm’s belief in his case. He is very grateful
