Teen Age Driver Kills Middle Aged man in Accident; Hires DLF and Collects from the Deceased

A teen age driver who failed to see a pick up truck enter the roadway in front of him sustained a concussion and cut to the top of his head. The police report blamed him in part for not observing the truck as it entered the roadway. Because he was young, just 19, and did not know what to do, he called The Dunnion Law Firm.
