A Montana fishing lodge was negligent in the death of a 58-year-old woman who died in a fire in 2006, a lawsuit filed by the woman's estate claims. According to the lawsuit, the owners of the business failed to install smoke detectors and other fire safety measures. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages on behalf of the woman's estate and a jury trial.  AP, Chicago Tribune  08/03/2009
