The Dunnion Law Firm successfully resolved the personal injury for a husband and wife who were traveling on Friant Road, en route to Table Mountain Casino. Unfortunately, another vehicle proceeding in the opposite direction, allegedly returning from an evening of gambling, crossed over the center line striking the plaintiffs head-on. The husband sustained a cut his nose; lacerations; and a left hip injury and settled his claim for $550,000.
