Passenger Suffers Neck and Back Injuries – $475,000

Our 35-year old client was seated as a passenger when his friend, and driver, accelerated to approximately 100 mph while driving in the Sunnyvale area. The driver, who was later found to have been driving under the influence, lost control of the car and fled from the scene where the car had rolled over multiple times.

The passenger was left with neck and back pain that resulted in multi-level surgery to his neck, and multiple days of lost work. Both his injuries and loss of work affected not only his ability to manage his day-to-day living, but his wife’s routines as well.
