The daughter of a 60-year-old businesswoman was walking her bicycle on the side of a rural road in Merced County late at night, when a farm vehicle struck her, killing her instantly.
Even though police blamed the daughter, Dunnion Law filed suit and litigated the case and ultimately, was able to resolve it quickly, obtaining $500,000 in compensation to her mother.
