Build your career with us!

Think there’s another way you could help our team?

We’d love to hear from you too!

We’re proud to hire many people into their first office or professional job, and help them grow into career professionals with a deep, powerful skill set. Whether you have legal experience or not, if you care about being the best you can be, doing impactful work, providing great customer service, and being part of a successful team, we want to hear from you!

You will be solely responsible for illustrating the need of our services as personal injury attorneys to potential clients. You will field incoming calls from potential clients with concern and a compassionate voice, and efficiently evaluate the complex facts of their case through active listening. You will independently determine whether this is a case in which we have the potential to make an impact for that client, and if so, you will lead them through the rest of our onboarding process.

Spanish fluency is required! Prior sales experience is required and highly valued, but it does not have to be in a law office setting or within the legal field.

We equally encourage existing legal professionals, and those who want to start a career and are new to the field to apply! Experienced legal professionals or paralegals will be considered for a more experienced position.

New hires will typically spend the first few days learning the phones, our specialized software, and basic office procedures. The following few weeks, you will learn the basics components of a case file and how to assist the attorney with the tasks listed above. After that, the sky is the limit! There is room for growth and an ability to gain paralegal skills in your role. Most of our paralegals started at Dunnion Law Firm as their first legal job.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting an attorney and primary secretary with daily job functions, such as answering calls from clients and claims adjusters, opening claims with insurance carrier, drafting correspondence and legal documents, compiling demand evidence packages, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing settlement documentation and more.

Your work will directly make an impact for our client’s likelihood for success!

We are looking for a team member to help support paralegals, secretaries, and attorneys at our law firm. The primary mission of this role is to efficiently obtain the evidence we need to win our clients’ cases. This means you will be part of a team of people focusing on collecting medical records and bills from medical providers so that our attorney teams can use them in their advocacy work.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Contacting medical providers around the state to obtain medical bills and records.
  • Communicating with medical providers to determine the best way to obtain evidence quickly.
  • Reviewing the evidence you obtain to ensure it’s complete, and delivering it to the attorney team.
  • Improving the process itself. One of our core values is continuous improvement, and we are always looking for ways to support our mission more effectively.
