As a personal injury attorney, you have the opportunity to work independently on your own caseload with the assistance of our paralegals and legal secretaries. At the same time, you are part of a supportive team of attorneys dedicated to getting the best results for our clients. Our attorneys assist each other regularly and meet often to exchange thoughts on case issues, strategies, and practices.

You have the opportunity to work independently on your own assigned caseload under the guidance of a supervising attorney. At the same time, you will have access to support from other team members to help you make a deep and positive impact towards restoring the quality of our clients’ lives. We encourage our legal professionals to discuss case issues during our weekly meeting and share their best methods and resources at our periodic development meetings.

New hires will typically spend the first few days learning the phones, our specialized software, and basic office procedures. The following few weeks, you will learn the basics components of a case file and how to assist the attorney with the tasks listed above. After that, the sky is the limit! There is room for growth and an ability to gain paralegal skills in your role. Most of our paralegals started at Dunnion Law as their first legal job.
