Hit-and-Run Collision Receives One Million Dollars in Compensation
As a man was driving across railroad tracks with his co-worker as his passenger, he was suddenly struck by another vehicle who failed to stop at a stop sign for cross traffic. Both the driver and the passenger of the other vehicle got out and fled on foot from the scene of the accident.
The driver suffered neck and back pain as a result of a neck fracture, and dislocation of his vertebra. The driver and passenger of the other vehicle were later apprehended by a police canine unit and were cited for driving while under the influence of drugs.
Dunnion Law successfully identified the at-fault parties in the hit-and-run collision and provided assistance to manage medical expenses. Dunnion obtained one million dollars as compensation for the injuries and loss of earnings related to the driver’s injuries.
