Hit-and-Run Collision Receives One Million Dollars in Compensation

As a man was driving across railroad tracks with his co-worker as his passenger, he was suddenly struck by another vehicle who failed to stop at a stop sign for cross traffic. Both the driver and the passenger of the other vehicle got out and fled on foot from the scene of the accident.
