83 year old woman has foot crushed – $750,000

A San Jose resident was shopping at a counter top store when a slab of granite fell, landing on and crushing her foot. The insurance for the store argued the woman must have moved the 700-800 pound counter top slab causing it to fall on herself. They denied her claim.
