Adverse traffic report fails to deter Dunnion Law from obtaining $1,250,000 recovery

While driving along state route 29, a woman, driving with her husband, hit a pedestrian walking across the street at the crosswalk.

Despite a traffic collision report that showed the pedestrian was crossing the street against a red light, Dunnion Law agreed to take the case even though the client’s previous attorney had dumped the case upon reviewing the report.

To refute the driver’s claim that the client jumped into the road in front of her, Dunnion Law successfully reconstructed the accident. The reconstruction showed our client was visible in the roadway for at least four seconds before the crash – providing ample time for the driver to react and avoid the collision.

The subsequent collision has caused our client to suffer severe traumatic brain injury, along with multiple shattered bones and damaged internal organs. For three months, he underwent multiple surgeries and was in hospitals and nursing homes.

Dunnion Law had the knowledge and experience to demonstrate the driver’s degree of liability, and understand the severity of the client’s injuries. Within 40 days after being hired, Dunnion Law was able to recover the $1,250,000 policy limits for our client.
