Coronavirus Update

To Our Clients and Partners:

As COVID safety requirements and public health mandates continue to develop at county, state and federal levels, Dunnion Law is taking proactive measures to continue providing you with the legal representation you need while also limiting COVID risk among our staff, clients and partners.

To address the public health concerns, Dunnion Law is limiting its in-office staff, who are working in tandem with team members operating remotely. Together, our experienced teams are managing all of the business functions necessary to serve our clients’ needs and pursue their cases.

Though the likelihood of COVID infection and number of cases were expected to decline, this has not occurred in several California areas, including our locations in Fresno, Monterey and San Jose. As such, plans to resume on-site visits will be limited only to those occasions when the remote solutions we have available prove impractical. Any visitors permitted on site will be asked to wear appropriate safety gear, such as face masks, and to conduct business in designated areas to help limit COVID exposure to other visitors and employees.

We continue to watch the updated health guidelines of our counties and appreciate the ongoing opportunity we have had in providing clients with the high quality of legal service for which Dunnion Law is known.

We look forward to the time when we can return to our usual interactions among business, friends and family, and appreciate your support as together we navigate the road ahead.

Sincerely,
Connell P. Dunnion, Esq.

Jun 19, 2020 | UPDATE

To Our Clients and Partners:

During this trying and turbulent time, our team of dedicated attorneys and staff continue to provide legal services via phone, email and online access. You can continue to get the support and legal services you need to recover from your accident injuries and loss by calling our experienced team at 800.DUNNION.

In accordance with the re-opening efforts underway across California, our office access to the public and our vendors has been modified. Staff at each of our locations in San Jose, Fresno and Monterey are in full compliance with the re-opening guidelines of their respective counties. Additionally, we have adopted prescribed safety policies related to COVID-19 risks and trained our team on appropriate distancing and other health practices that help protect those with whom we conduct business.

Our offices are preparing for Stage 3 re-opening; and beginning in July, we plan to resume scheduling of on-site visits when the remote solutions we currently have available may be impractical. At that time, we may ask our in-office visitors to wear appropriate safety gear, such as face masks and gloves, and to conduct business in designated areas to help limit COVID exposure to other visitors and employees.

Our team will follow the updated guidelines of our counties as we continue to provide you with the high quality of legal service that Dunnion Law has provided for more than 45 years.

We hope that you remain safe and well during these unsettled times. We are here for you as we’ve always been, and we look forward to serving you well into the future.

With our sincerest gratitude and best wishes,
Connell P. Dunnion, Esq.

May 11, 2020 | UPDATE

To Our Clients and Partners:

Thank you for continuing to trust Dunnion Law with managing your legal needs and assisting you during this time. We’re fortunate to have full remote capabilities to completely serve our clients, whether it be court appearances, arranging medical care, or case investigations. Despite the pandemic we will continue providing you with the legal services and support we have provided to injured Californians for more than 45 years.

With Governor Newsom’s recent announcement to help businesses re-open in the coming weeks, we are beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. In the meantime, we will continue to provide full service to the public, with the exception of limiting office visits to “by-appointment” only until our current shelter-in place orders expire on May 31, 2020.

As each county in our service area meets the testing and other requirements set by the state, we will judiciously follow the prescribed next steps to fully re-open our offices to the public. We are also planning implementation of workplace changes that will promote and foster the ongoing safety of our employees and the public.

During the coming weeks, we anticipate several changes to the health guidelines and will continue to update you on our status for reopening our offices completely to the public.

We sincerely appreciate your business, and hope you remain safe and well.

With warmest regards,
Connell P. Dunnion, Esq.
