FORMER TRUCKING INSURANCE ATTORNEY I started my legal career in 1995, working for insurance companies representing corporations and their employees who had hurt people in serious accidents. I learned early on that all the insurance companies truly care about is avoiding and delaying the payment of rightful compensation to deserving victims.
I saw firsthand how insurance companies would rather pay their own defense attorneys than the persons injured. I knew it was wrong, and after a few years, I changed my focus to exclusively represent those human victims and to battle those insurance companies. For nearly 30 years, I have been honored to work for victims to obtain compensation for people from all walks of life who didn’t have the means, knowledge, or strength to battle insurance companies.
In the David versus Goliath battleground that is personal injury law, I love going to court and standing up for the Davids of the world. I love to fight in court and hold the other party accountable for the truth. It is incredibly rewarding when an insurance company pays my client what they deserve after I win their case for them.
I am married, with two sons, and I enjoy tennis, family time, and the occasional round of golf. As a former champion junior golfer, winning tournaments in Southern California, I understand the ability to work under pressure, to never give up, and to go for the win every time. As an avid musician, I’ve also led bands and recorded albums as both a bassist and drummer. I am both a jazz music aficionado and a vintage drum collector, and also volunteer teaching music to underprivileged youth in our community.
We believe that each accident victim should have the security of compassionate and trusted legal leadership.
